In this role you will be required gather and log any support calls, resolve the calls, assign any incidents that are unresolvable on first hand, log any repeated problems and report to management, and produce and distribute standard reports. As well as Global Helpdesk Support, you are also expected to play a key part in Infrastructure Systems support, including hardware and software set up and any other tasks. Ideally you are expected to have 2 years experience in a helpdesk environment, including good experience of networked PC use and Office Suite. You must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, and ideally be able to speak another language.
